What gold standard means, in concrete terms.
We call it the gold standard because it is a method, not a slogan: a named case manager, assessment by validated clinical indices, and a signed report every week. This page shows how it works from the inside.
The case manager starts from €90 / month. Clinical acts are set after the home assessment. Home assessment: €45. If you take a package, it is deducted from the first month. See the packages.
What you receive, every week
Friday, in your inbox.
A summary of the week, written and signed by the case manager. A record of every visit. Objective clinical indicators, where applicable. The care technician's note. And the schedule for the week ahead.
If you live far away, it is how you stay present. If you live nearby, it is how you stop being permanently on alert. For the family doctor, it is a clinical summary ready to bring to the next appointment.
As far as we know, no other operator in Portugal delivers this.
Clinical rigour
We do not say they are doing better. We show it.
Most home care services assess by impression. We assess by instrument: the same indices used by hospital and long-term care services.

These indices produce a single evolution indicator: green, amber, red. The family understands it in a second. The case manager acts before it is too late.
