Transparent split: 70% of the amount charged to the family goes to the professional; 30% covers coordination, the platform, client acquisition, billing and compliance.
Nurses and doctors can take on the case manager role, with associated pay.

Transparent earnings: you know exactly what you will be paid for each service before accepting it. Accept or decline each case freely. The price is agreed between you and the family; Onda Saúde only publishes an indicative range.
At Onda Saúde we do not say carers. We say health care technicians, because that is what they are, and because naming a professional correctly is the first way of respecting them.
