Dental surgeon since 2009, with clinical practice across three European healthcare systems, in both the public and private sectors. He founded and managed a private clinic in England, combining clinical responsibility with the direction of the business, experience that led him into management: consulting for clinics and healthcare companies, product responsibility, and a postgraduate degree in Health Services Management and Direction from Porto Business School. He holds institutional responsibilities in service of the medical profession. At Onda Saúde, he is responsible for general, commercial and institutional direction, and works on what has driven him from the beginning: bringing healthcare closer to those who need it, closing the distance between clinical care and social support.

Nurse with twenty-eight years of clinical experience across the public and private sectors, with a particular focus on intensive care and emergency medicine. Over the last eighteen years, he has held coordination and nursing team management roles in intensive care units and emergency departments at several leading private hospitals. Postgraduate in Health Services Management from Porto Business School.

A lawyer admitted to the Portuguese Bar, with twenty-five years in data protection, cybersecurity and European digital regulation. He set up Meta's cybersecurity regulatory-engagement function and led WhatsApp's data-protection strategy in Europe, before becoming Compliance Director at Legora, a European legal-AI company. He holds a master's from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a cybersecurity certification from UCD.

I have lived outside Portugal for several years. I know from the inside the reality of following the health of those we love from a distance, unable to see what is happening, unable to be there. It is a reality that affects hundreds of thousands of Portuguese families around the world.

Serial entrepreneur, currently leading more than 75 people across his companies. He is CEO of Alongside, which scales engineering teams and delivers software products for European startups. Specialist in rescuing at-risk MVPs and scaling technical teams, with a focus on AI development and an agentic mindset, and over fifteen years of experience in software development.

PhD in Behavioural Science from UCL and Chief Impact Officer at Eedi, where she leads randomised controlled trials on artificial intelligence in learning. She previously led behavioural science at Fair HQ and has worked with the UNDP and the World Health Organization on behaviour change programmes. TEDx speaker.
